Kurzfassung
Die App erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten und überträgt nichts. Es gibt kein Benutzerkonto, keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Werkzeuge, keine Werbung und keine Verbindung zu eigenen Servern.
Speicherung auf dem Gerät
Eingegebene Flugzeiten, Summen und Kategorien werden nur lokal im Speicher der App auf Ihrem Gerät abgelegt. Sie sind Teil Ihrer Geräte-Datensicherung (iCloud oder Computer), sofern Sie diese eingeschaltet haben. Mit dem Löschen der App werden die Daten entfernt.
Kamera und Fotos (Flugbuch-Scan)
Die Kamera wird nur nach Ihrer Zustimmung und nur für den Scan von Flugbuchseiten verwendet. Bei der Fotoauswahl erhält die App ausschließlich das Bild, das Sie auswählen. Die Texterkennung erfolgt auf dem Gerät mit Apples Vision-Framework; Bilder werden weder gespeichert noch übertragen.
App Store und Apple
Beim Laden der App über den App Store und bei Absturzberichten, deren Weitergabe Sie in den iOS-Einstellungen erlaubt haben, verarbeitet Apple Daten in eigener Verantwortung. Es gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple.
Ihre Rechte
Sie haben nach der DSGVO das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Da ich keine Daten von Ihnen erhalte, kann ich hierzu in der Regel nur bestätigen, dass keine gespeichert sind. Sie können sich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, z. B. beim Landesbeauftragten für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.

Summary
The app does not collect any personal data and transmits nothing. There is no user account, no analytics or tracking, no advertising and no connection to any server of mine.
Storage on the device
Flight times, totals and categories you enter are stored only locally in the app's storage on your device. They are included in your device backup (iCloud or computer) if you have enabled it. Deleting the app removes the data.
Camera and photos (logbook scan)
The camera is used only with your permission and only to scan logbook pages. When picking a photo, the app receives only the image you select. Text recognition runs on the device using Apple's Vision framework; images are neither stored nor transmitted.
App Store and Apple
When you download the app from the App Store, and for crash reports you have agreed to share in the iOS settings, Apple processes data under its own responsibility. Apple's privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. As I do not receive any of your data, I can usually only confirm that none is stored. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.

Stockage sur l'appareil
Les temps de vol, totaux et catégories saisis sont enregistrés uniquement en local dans l'application sur votre appareil. Ils font partie de la sauvegarde de l'appareil (iCloud ou ordinateur) si vous l'avez activée. La suppression de l'application efface les données.
Appareil photo et photos (scan du carnet)
L'appareil photo n'est utilisé qu'avec votre autorisation et uniquement pour scanner des pages de carnet de vol. Lors du choix d'une photo, l'application ne reçoit que l'image sélectionnée. La reconnaissance de texte s'effectue sur l'appareil avec le framework Vision d'Apple ; les images ne sont ni enregistrées ni transmises.
App Store et Apple
Lors du téléchargement via l'App Store et pour les rapports de plantage dont vous avez autorisé le partage dans les réglages iOS, Apple traite des données sous sa propre responsabilité. La politique de confidentialité d'Apple s'applique.
Vos droits
Conformément au RGPD, vous disposez d'un droit d'accès, de rectification, d'effacement, de limitation du traitement, de portabilité et d'opposition. Comme je ne reçois aucune de vos données, je ne peux en général que confirmer qu'aucune n'est enregistrée. Vous pouvez introduire une réclamation auprès d'une autorité de contrôle, par ex. le délégué à la protection des données du Bade-Wurtemberg.
